Hey Jeff,

The install requirements are in the Requires: line of the
spec file:

  Requires: krb5-libs, openldap, mono-winforms, pam, perl, e2fsprogs

(Note that the next step is to split the domainjoin-gui into
 a separate package to isolate the requirement for mono-winforms).

All packaging is in is likewise-open-4.0.0-release/packaging
currently.  And packages can be built via

  $ make {dpkg,rpm-suse,rpm-fedora}
