Quick update,

I've put up a very basic gitweb installation.  Still needs
to be made prettier, but all the necessary repositories are
there.  Also I've split out my personal repo from the
mainline project repo to avoid confusion with any development
branches that I might publish.

This also means you cna not git-clone with http:// and git://
URLs in case anyone is having trouble getting through firewalls.
