I don't get a prompt on terminal when logged in as a domain user. It
does this on both Virtual and Real Ubuntu 7.10 machines. The terminal
prompt never appears, I just get an error as previously described.

Hm.. Maybe I'll just recompile the source in CentOs x64 5.1. :-)
Actually, has anybody tried Likewise Open on a x64 kernel?
