Ok. Here are the issues I see...

1. Ubuntu 7.10 -- no prompt in terminal for AD users. Error message is
"id: cannot find name for group ID" with several different group ID
numbers appearing. Maybe a winbind error?  I also saw something about
that error message online that suggests it might possibly have
something to do with glibc.

2. CentOS x64, using the Fedora package -- error code 0008000d when
trying to join the domain. Same package appears to work on CentOS x32

3. Fedora 8 -- joins the domain, but nobody can ever login again.

Obviously the Ubuntu and CentOS installs are really tantilizingly
close to being fully functional. I'm really excited about this
project, hence my flurry of activity in the last couple days.
Hopefully we can get the hiccups worked out in the near future.
