Found it.  I had goofed the reverse hashing on the Domain
SID.  Grab the lwopen idmap/nss plugin from

  http://git.likewisesoftware.com/~gcarter/lwopen/

Just remove the existing .../winbindd/source/winbindd/lwopen
directory and replace it with the files extracted from tarball.
Rebuild the plugin (make bin/lwopen.so) and install the lib
in /opt/likewise-open/lib/idmap/ and restart likewise-winbindd.

Also make sure that /opt/likewise-open/lib/nss_info/lwopen.so
is a symlink to ../idmap/lwopen.so.  That's a small packaging
bug I found.

And of course, replace the lib/ paths with the ones appropriate
for your install.
