Which DNS name is correct then ? You have to connect to the right host
so perhaps try to find ip address that campus.berkeley.edu and
shephard.ieor.berkeley.edu resolve to. Perhaps domainjoin tries to connect
to the wrong server in which case access denied status is no surprise ?
