The Likewise Open idmap plugin uses a hashing mechanims to derive
the uid and gid information.  The Enterprise idmap plugin  (included
but not built by default in the Likewise Open tree) would need to
be built, installed and configured on the client to honor the Likewise
Cell information managed in AD.

PS: The lwidentity.so plugin may be included in the pre-buitl LW 4.1
packages.  I cannot remember of the top of my head.
