The "Enterprise" idmap plugin is already included in the
Likewise Open plugins.  So just sed 's/lwopen/lwidentity/g'
in /etc/sambalwiauthd.conf.  All that is missing is the capability
to set the appropriate the appropriate attributes in AD
(based on the Likewise data model).  We are working on trying
to make those available as well "real soon now" (TM).

So for now in Likewise Open only local hashing is supported
mainly due to the absence of admin tools to support managing
the attributes necessary for utilizing the centralized
SID/uid/gid mapping data.  These tools will be available in
the future based on my current understanding.  The future
is probably not too far away but the exact details are still
being hashed out.
