I would imagine that LWO would still have to create the users home
directory for the linux server. The same as our windows boxes still have
local home directories for profiles, just mounting a network drive for
storage though. At least that's how my other server works, but it was
setup to auth using authconfig(Fedora not Ubuntu).

	You would configure pam_mount as normal and per normal
instructions. If the home directory is mounted already(which is what
pam_mount does for you), LWO will not create the home directory.

First I'll make
		sure I'm logging everything. If nothing else those of us
who do give it
		a try can hope to figure out any bugs it causes. Also is
the
		lwiauthd.conf where I tell LikeWise to use pam_mount or
can I still use
		the system-auth or login under pam.d? I wasn't sure
since it seemed to
		already be creating the users local home directories on
the fly like
		pam_mkhomedir would.
