More like an understanding that GPL != "I have to be at the
user's beck & call" :-) Just an issue of project scope
and supportability. But the really great thing is that
no one is limited by one person which is why I'm a big fan

Normally pam stack. We integrated the mkhomedir type
functionality since it is not available on all platforms.
But in all respects, pam_lwidentity is still a normal
PAM module.
