Ok I was just getting a good grasp on which files did what in the pam.d
folder, but there is quite a few I don't recognize now. For the sake of
me not going any more off the deep end then necessary which file needs
to be edited to allow use of pam_mount.so? I may be mistaken but it
appears as though it may already be using it. I added one line to my
pam_mount.conf.xml to test, which threw me off as well(why exactly is
xml a better choice?), and I'm restarting the system for some updates
now. Hopefully it will just work, if not maybe someone will be able to
tell me which of the new configuration files needs to have

auth optional pam_mount.so
session optional pam_mount.so

And add use_first_pass to pam_unix.so and pam_deny.so lines.

Thanks,
Levi
