Hey Eri,

Lsass is a new replacement for Winbind in 5.0.  The
"winbind use default domain" option (which I recommended
against before) is not supported in the new authentication
service.  We will provide a comparable replacement mostly
likely using the name alias mechanism that I have been
suggesting.
